I just want John and Halsey to meet again. In my opinion she sees John as a son figure, she is always defending him and is constantly telling people not to underestimate him. Then they tell her he is dead and she tries to deny it, but then maybe she began to doubt her conviction. That is why when she finds out that he is alive she goes and smacks the shit out of Lasky for not telling her. Like any mother, she is not worried about what consequences may arise from that action because they kept that crucial information from her. I know a lot of people hate Catherine for what she did and the fact that she is not remorseful about any of it. For me though, she will always have my respect because when it comes to John she doesn’t take any shit from anyone, just like a real mother.

When people complain about the QTE in Halo 4. That you don’t really get to fight the Didact.

Outside of Halo 2, where you fight Tartarus at the end, none of the Halo games had proper boss fight endings. In Halo CE you raced a Warthog at the end and hopped on a ship. In Halo 3 you raced a Warthog at the end and hopped on a ship. In ODST you ride a vehicle to the end, fight some Covenant bad guys, and then take off in a ship. In Halo Reach you fight random Covenant bad guys until you die after refusing to get on the ship.

I’m really not sure what kind of ending Halo fans expected in Halo 4.
